      "details": "I’ve been in advertising for over 28 years, leading creative teams, building brands, and helping clients understand that “make the logo bigger” is not a strategy. Every Monday, I mentor for a full hour through Talk to a Creative Director—no slides, no jargon, just real talk with people trying to get into the industry or figure out their next step in it. The creatives I mentor come from all over the world—Singapore, Britain, France, Australia, and of course, the USA. I believe in honest feedback, practical advice, and making sure creatives don’t lose their voice (or their sanity) trying to “sell the work.” I’ve helped juniors become seniors, seniors become leaders, and a few burnt-out folks remember why they love this business. I’m a Group Creative Director by title, but a teacher and coach at heart. I don’t sugarcoat. I don’t gatekeep. And I definitely don’t do the whole “just keep grinding” speech. If someone’s looking for clarity or direction—I show up, every time.",
