      "details": "Eliel Oliveira, MS, MBA, FAMIA, is the CEO of Connxus, the Central Texas Health Information Exchange (HIE) based in Austin, TX. Eliel is also a member of the Health IT Advisory Committee (HITAC) at the US Department of Health and Human Services and co-chairs the Learning Health Systems Workgroup at Civitas for Health, a national HIE association. Previously, Eliel led health informatics at Dell Medical School and at the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute. He has served as CIO for the Louisiana Cancer Research Center and at the Louisiana Public Health Institute, spearheading REACHnet as a national data research network and playing a pivotal role in the Greater New Orleans Health Information Exchange. Holding dual master's degrees from Tulane University and a fellowship with AMIA, Eliel is recognized nationally for his leadership in health informatics and informatics research and is a frequent speaker on the topic.",
