      "details": "Gabi Kochlani is an A&R Executive, Music Publisher, and Founder of The Grey Administration, a boutique A&R services and music publishing company. With over 20 years of experience, she has been a key player on numerous A-list music teams, holding A&R roles at EMI Music Publishing and Bump Into Genius/Warner-Chappell Music, where she helped sign and develop multi-platinum talent including Ben Burgess and Mikal Blue.\rEarly in her career, Gabi gained hands-on experience in management with Crosby, Stills & Nash, toured with Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers, and served as Creative Director for Adam Anders (Executive Music Producer for Fox’s hit show Glee) at his publishing company and label, Bump Into Genius. She later became Senior Director of A&R at Universal Music Group, working across frontline labels and spearheading projects such as A&R for top DJ Alesso and the Blade Runner: Black Lotus soundtrack.\rThrough her company, The Grey Administration, Gabi continues to champion both commercial and sync-driven music. Her roster includes Fulton Street Media Group (custom music for global brands like Google, NIKE, Honda, and Verizon), producer/songwriter Dawty (French Montana, Janelle Monáe, Illenium), and songwriter Shannon Roc (Avril Lavigne, Kelly Clarkson, Fefe Dobson), among others.\rBeyond publishing, Gabi is the Founder & Producer of PopOut LA, the first LGBTQ+ focused music industry conference, which launched in 2024 and just held it's 2nd annual conference in April 2025 hosted by Warner Music Group, LA. Rooted in integrity and driven by a passion for equality in the arts, she continues to use her platform to develop talent, foster community, and shape culture through music.",
