Since its launch in 2022, kj pr has led campaigns for a diverse roster of clients including the Oscar Nominated Short Films, indie rock band Mt. Joy, Nuthouse Sports, the legendary Arlyn Studios, Bob’s Dance Shop, Cattle Country Music Festival, alt-country supergroup Chaparelle, and creative studio Raw Cereal. Other recent work for the company includes support on major tours and events such as Hans Zimmer Live, Beyond Van Gogh, and the BLAST.tv Austin Major. \rBefore founding kj pr, Kayla spent a decade in agency life leading campaigns for major companies such as Meta, Amazon Prime Video, Bravo, Netflix, Peacock, and Smosh. She also has worked on milestone events in Austin including: the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix, Moontower Comedy Festival, SXSW Film, Texas Medal of Arts Awards, Willie’s 4th of July Picnic, X Games Austin and more.\rBased in Austin, Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a proud member of The Recording Academy and Women in Music. She serves on the Board of Directors for the SIMS Foundation.",
