      "details": "Talia Rubino is an accomplished music executive with 17 years in Sync Licensing. She started her music career as an intern at Warner Music Group and was subsequently hired full time to handle sync for the label catalogs of Warner Records & Atlantic as well as publishing at Warner Chappell Music. \rIn 2024 she joined Canadian-based indie music company, Nettwerk Music Group, as the Global Head of Sync. In this role she oversees both creative and licensing across all medias and territories. She and her team work a roster of 300+ artists to secure sync placements and negotiate fees for their songs in Film, TV, Trailers, Commercials, Video Games, and Sports programming. Working closely with both A&R and marketing teams, she provides guidance and feedback on song development and album release strategies. \rTalia has expansive knowledge of the sync landscape, strong relationships in the community, an understanding of the various sync deal types, and a keen ear to find the right song for the right projects. She is a proactive leader that aims to inspire, motivate and empower her team.",
