Holding a degree in International Business from Tec de Monterrey and having gained experience at institutions such as McGill University, Singapore Management University, and Korea University, she has combined her academic knowledge with an innovative vision for music. She has also participated as a speaker at key events such as FIM PRO, SIM São Paulo, Fluvial Chile, Indie Week Canada, and MIDEM.\rShe was the founder of Selective Hearing, a management agency focused on the strategic development of artists, where she worked with talents like Santa Fe Klan, helping him become the most-streamed hip-hop artist on Spotify Mexico and securing his participation on the Black Panther 2 soundtrack.\rIn 2021, she joined Prajin Parlay, where she was part of the management team for projects with artists such as Peso Pluma, Jasiel Nuñez, and Tito Doble P. She played a key role in Peso Pluma’s success, achieving major industry milestones, including a Grammy for the album Génesis, sold-out concerts in over 40 countries during the 2023 U.S. tour, and placing two global hits on Spotify (La Bebé and Ella Baila Sola).\rCurrently, Marcela is Artist Relations Lead at Rimas Entertainment, a record label with a presence in San Juan, Spain, and Mexico, recognized for promoting Latin music and signing artists like Bad Bunny, Eladio Carrión, and Arcángel. In her role, she focuses on developing Mexican talent, working closely with artists such as Latin Mafia.",
