      "details": "Capella is a film and well-being producer dedicated to enhancing the creator’s relational experience. She coaches and advises organizations to improve performance by fostering environments that strengthen relationships. Her expertise includes positive leadership, building trust, encouraging creativity, increasing engagement, and sharing best practices for managing and developing Generation Z. \r\rShe has produced over 15 feature films, including Don’t Stop Believin’: Everyman’s Journey, The Body Politic, and I'M FINE (Thanks for Asking). Capella is an Assistant Instructor at the University of Pennsylvania and hosts the leadership podcast When Is Now. \r\rCapella grew up in Detroit and attended Detroit Public Schools. She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and holds double master's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Applied Positive Psychology and Organizational Dynamics. Capella works as a consultant, executive coach, and is a member of the Producers Guild of America and the International Coaching Federation (PCC). She profoundly believes in the power of connection through storytelling. ",
