His background as a promoter, DJ, and label founder gives him first-hand insight into how industry teams actually work and where they struggle. At Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, he led the design and delivery of leadership programmes for professionals worldwide, combining academic rigour with real-world impact. Before that, he founded and ran a creative agency, an experience that deepened his understanding of how strategy, culture, and people development intersect.\r\rBrandon believes the music industry holds extraordinary untapped potential, but too few people get the chance to develop the skills needed to lead, communicate, and thrive. The result is often stress, confusion, and a slow erosion of culture. His work focuses on changing that by creating practical, human-centred learning experiences that help teams perform better and contributing to a growing conversation around professional development in the creative industries.\r\rHe has spoken at multiple events, including most recently at the Music Frontiers Conference in Berlin, and emceed and facilitated many sessions for audiences large and small worldwide. Through SongShift, he leads soft skills professional development workshops for music and music tech teams across the world, helping leaders, managers, and industry teams build the human capabilities that fuel innovation, impact and connection. \r\rHe believes the future of music will belong to organisations that invest not just in platforms and technology but also in the people who make them matter.",
