      "details": "In addition to onboarding notable and independent third-party creators for Pandora, I manage a small team that constantly and continuously vets third-party creator content. The vetting process includes deboosting content, revoking Pandora AMP tools access, deleting programs, and communicating some of these action items with creators. The results found and actions taken here are measured and reported at the end of each week. Other responsibilities include customer service, creator outreach/follow-up, nurturing label relations, reporting spin fraud, catalog curation, curating third-party content highlights, and programming Pandora Stories, Stations, Mixtapes and Playlists. I also take on various other programming projects including new blues, singer songwriter, and a cross-departmental, collaborative, monthly, mixtape called Pandora Picks: Curators’ Choice that highlights new monthly releases. I also write for the Pandora Community Blog and manage/edit other editorial content for this platform. I’m currently training to present at our monthly AMP webinars. ",
