      "details": "Brendan Biesen, an over 10-year stalwart of the music industry, has held a variety of unique roles throughout his career. His industry experience includes time with labels like Secretly Canadian, radio promotion at Chicago’s WXRT, and various events-focused organizations at his alma mater, Indiana University-Bloomington. Most important was his time with the Windish and Paradigm Talent agencies, where he managed day-to-day booking duties for several artist teams as well as aided in the expansion of the A&R Department and its reach to bring in new talent and clientele.  \n\nIn a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering passion for the music industry, Biesen founded his own booking agency, Field Booking, in 2021. This venture showcases his commitment to nurturing talent and furthering the careers of artists, highlighting his vision for the future of the industry. Throughout his operations within Field he expanded his network and provided numerous opportunities to further his artists’ careers and goals. He joined the outer/most agency in 2023 and quickly expanded his knowledge into booking for the jazz and more experimental genres which he has applied to to the rest of his roster.\n\nBrendan Biesen joined MINT Talent Group as a Booking Agent and Festivals Department lead in early 2025 and has expanded his roster via his keen A&R sensibilities and expanding network within the industry. He currently looks after a roster of musicians: Barrie, Bayonne, Bershy, Cal In Red, Don Glori, Fonteyn, Gabby’s World, Jaguar Sun, Julius Rodriguez, Manwolves, Pile, Pretty Jane, Psymon Spine, Radium Dolls, REZN, Rockit Music, S. Carey, The Slaps, Wilby, Work Wife, Asha Jefferies, 81355, and Poise",
