      "details": "Based in Los Angeles, Rachel Jacobson has been working in creative licensing since 2008 – elevating artists and songwriters through impactful projects across advertising, film, trailers and promos, TV, and video games. Rachel joined Warner Chappell Music in 2023 as SVP of Creative Sync, Head of Film & TV. Over the past two years, she has taken on leadership of the Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville Creative Sync teams. In this expanded role, she and her team are helping to reimagine WCM’s approach to sync, with a focus on sourcing and developing songwriters for creative opportunities.\n\nBefore joining Warner Chappell Music, Rachel served as Head of Sync and Artist Relations for the Paris-based Because Music Group. During her time at Because, she oversaw dynamic sync placements for a variety of high-profile advertising, film, and TV spotsand also supported artist and songwriter relations, providing creative insights during the songwriting process and helping to organize writing sessions and camps.\n\n\nPrior to her work with Because, Rachel was part of the creative licensing teams at SONGS Music Publishing and Atlantic Records.",
