      "details": "David Streit is Senior Director, Creative at BMI based in the company’s Los Angeles office. In this role, David is responsible for assisting with general affiliate inquiries and outreach, educating emerging songwriters on BMI’s services and initiatives, and is an integral part of coordinating multiple events and special projects for the Pop, Rock, Dance, Electronic and Indie genres. Some of the events that he works on with the rest of the Creative team include monthly BMI Acoustic Lounge showcases, various songwriting camps, the BMI stages at Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits, and SXSW, and more. Throughout his tenure at BMI, David has been instrumental in maintaining BMI’s working relationships with some of today’s hit artists including Sam Dew, FnZ, BAK Jay, Prince 85, Lil88 and more.\r \rPrior to BMI, Streit had his own Artist Management company, IDKLOL Management LLC, where he managed clients ranging from pop producers to electronic dance music DJ’s and also has a background as a composer, creating original works for commercials, video games and movies. \r \rStreit holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Production from Chapman University and is a current member of the AIMP (Association of Independent Music Publishers) and the CCC (The California Copyright Conference).",
