Summary

The metaphors we use shape the futures we create. While the whole world becomes human-AI hybrid, we still talk about AI like a god, ghost or omnipotent spreadsheet. Corporate ‘cyborg-centaur’ sci-fi clichés trap organisations in macho, mechanistic tropes. We urgently need new myths to think with. Bring your sledgehammer as we deconstruct the lazy visual language of AI. Whether you’re designing tech, making art or building teams, the models unveiled in this session will give you the tools you need to take control and make AI an effective, equitable partner in the redesign of the new workplace.
