      "details": "William began his legal career as an associate at one of the country’s largest law firms, Sidley Austin and practiced in their Employment Law group. He left to join NBCUniversal where he worked in various legal roles related to television production. His work spanned the networks of Bravo, USA, SyFy, E!, Oxygen and NBC. William then joined Viacom as VP, Business and Legal Affairs, Production Risk Team. In this role he oversees issues related to children and minors working in entertainment; immigration and visas; casting discrimination; and background, medical, and psychological diligence for reality TV participants and crew members. Viacom merged with CBS in late 2019. The Company rebranded as Paramount Global more recently, and William was promoted to SVP in the summer of 2021.",
