He is also the lead for Libraries Connected Information and Digital Universal Offer and has previously represented Public Libraries on a UK Government Media Literacy Taskforce Steering Board. He has lead XR and VR projects within Coventry and has been an instrumental part of the Digital Libraries project lead by The Space, taking VR experiences across England and helping communities upskill and create their own content. David has recently retired as a trustee for Coventry Citizens Advice - a post he held for 19 years.",
