      "details": "Maylee Todd based in Los Angeles is a Multimedia, Musician Artist, incorporating a wide range of artistic disciplines; Performance Art, Music Production, Dance, AI/AR/VR Performance, and Curation. Todd’s artistic influence comes from psychology, and digital identities. Maylee has created a series of Multi-Media performances paired with her full-length self-produced records; Summerworks Presents \"Maylee Todd's Musical Planetarium (2013), Summerworks Presents \"Inamorata\" (2016), \"Virtual Womb\" (2015- 2019), which toured internationally at Tokyo Billboard Live, Fringe Manila, was featured on CBC's Exhibitionists. \"Psychonaut Experiments\" (2018-2020) was a theater experience in tandem with her community and mentorship program featuring performers in the alternative art scene.\r\rShe released many self-produced records “Choose Your Own Adventure” (2010), “Escapology” (2013) which made it to number 10 on the Tokyo International Billboard Charts in Tokyo, Japan where she played the Billboard Tokyo Stage multiple times.\r\rMaylee’s science fiction album \"MALOO\" (2022) released on Stones Throw Records in Los Angeles, incorporated live motion capture. This project garnered Maylee a lot of attention winning 'Best Creative Campaign' for the AIM Awards in the UK, and was the first Avatar to perform live on NPR's Tiny Desk Home Concert Series.\r\rShe’s a music producer for CBC and Netflix’s show Workin Moms which ran for 7 seasons, she was awarded for Best Original Score for a Comedy Series for the (CASMA) Canadian Screen Music Awardsfor the final series “The End” with her co-producer Chapman and and won “Best Original Comedy for the Canadian Screen Awards.\r\rIn 2024 she created a project that uses an EEG headband to read her brainwaves and convert data into music. She gave a live demo of Sonic Portraits of The Mind at Elevate Fest Canada’s Largest Tech Summit and won Woman In Music Honors 2024 for the International Achievement Award for her work in Brain Data Music.\r\rMaylee is also partnered with The Lincoln Centre for Performing Arts In New York for her curation series “Woman and Non-Binary In Tech Series” showcasing acts in the digital and tech landscapes that ran from Jan- May 2024. She toured with Allie X as direct support for her 2024 tour across North America.\r\rCurrently, Maylee is working on a new record and conceptual show called MOUTH.",
